If you are worried about storage you could always build a large shed or garage if you have the yard space to burn.

The backyards of the surrounding neighbors though, didn't look very nice. 3 out of 5 had sheds in their backyards that looked like they were falling apart, and one of the sheds was almost as tall as the house. 2 out of 5 also had a canopy/tent type thing and they both were discolored with holes in them, but they were still propped up.

maybe I can shed some light on this one.I compete head to head with Lennar in my market were i am building my new homes.Lennar in many markets limits the commission for outside agents. for instance in my market were their price points are 525k to 625k they pay 5k flat fee.We pay 2% our price points are 675k to 1 million for basically the same sq footage and lot size.the difference is in the floor plans and for SURE the build quality .. 10years down the track their homes will show it big time..
