In addition to any others that may apply, always include the first two boxes (1) the value is incorrect, and (2) the assessment is unequal to similar properties.  

Note to all, open boxes of stuff at the store before you take it home!

@Johann Jells I don't see why not- the new coin boxes are not slide, so you can set them high.

IF (big IF) the boxes holding the 2-prong outlets are metal, AND the lines coming into the boxes are BX (metal shielded) you should be able to ground right to the box, and change the outlets to 3-prong (with ground).  

Do your own inspections and research and make sure you're not getting Pandoras box.

Look for installation specials from the big box stores. 

Be sure to look at items besides radios too - TNCs (radio modems), power supplies, antennas, rotators, towers, boxes of tubes - especially those the size of a tennis ball or larger - those can be expensive high-power tubes, which we still use in linear (power) amplifiers. 

I leave the service to the A/C techs.I understand them so I know if this major importance high cost item (black box to most) is being serviced and replaced at as an efficient cost as possible (I'm not getting rammed on prices or misdiagnosis from tech errors).

So many, where to start....The most recent(about two years ago) had plastic tub half filled with cat poop...yeah about 30-40 pounds of cat poop...scooped it right out of the litter box and into this tub, she just never emptied this tub.
