It is a popular tourist destination, a lot of people on spring break and here for spring training brought a lot of people in our area, which is typical for the end of Feb through mid April.

Good day Brian,I have lived and worked many years in Cabo San Lucas, now located in the Caribbeans (i work in the hospitality industry).Cabos San Lucas is beautiful destination (the tourist destination of Mexico).  

If spread out across the USA it is not as much of a big deal… we are already bidding against hedge funds to get good deals in my po-dunk market… Among the targets is neighboring cities to destination locations(basically Round Rock to Austin, West Palm Beach to Miami, Franklin to Nashville).Also, cities that have international airports in business friendly tax states for possible and assumed industry placement.

This is a great area for rentals due to the number of military bases, colleges, and vacation destinations.  

It can be used it you relocate your primary home and want to move your rentals to your new destination. 

@Cynthia Marie Destine-Pierre You'll probably need to check the local zoning department regarding what you can and cannot do with that piece of land regarding developing it for mobile homes.

You can start by deciding whether you want something close to you, in a vacation rental destination, or a non vacation rental location but still cash flow like the Midwest.
