I think many weird bills are getting passed through under the guise of “aid”.  

We in the healthcare business have 1-2 websites we can use, but many property owners take advantage of us financially, thinking we still make $10,000/week.

Next best option is probably bankruptcy assuming you don't have significant non exempt assets at risk and don't exceed the income thresholds for a chapter 7.Not a great situation but you need to rip off the band-aid and get rid if this deal by whatever means possible.

The majority of the tenants in our properties, 80%, are in health care and have been so for longer than a decade.

I have no interest in personally owning anything there and I would never live or retire there too many bugs and healthcare etc would be of great concern along with there are simply too many sneaky speed bumps on the highways :) For me if I was going out of country, I would go to Portugal personally.
