I am changing faucets, blinds and would like to replace SS kitchen sink which was there when we purchased home and after 2 rentals has gone thru a bit of bruising.my realtor who is showing the place dosent think i should bother but i feel if i am asking more and I am getting offers i should do these minor things.

They've also broken the microwave twice, I just replaced the water heater, they damaged the hard wood floors which they fixed, and all the blinds will need to be cleaned or replaced.I've had to fork over a few grand for an assessment a year and half ago for roof repairs since the dues were only really covering expenses and they weren't building up reserves enough for major repairs, hence the increase in dues also.

Things that tell a criminal the house is vacant are for rent signs,  no curtains or no mini blinds in the windows, utilities shut off, yard not mowed,  and you get the point.
