In my market, my experience has been most of the leads that come from Zillow (and their affiliated sites like HotPads, Trulia, etc.) are "lookie-loos" and tire kickers.

I am not in any way affiliated with them, but I think the A/CREIA is one of the best in the area- they usually have good attendance, bring interesting speakers in, have a solid group of vendors, and are just generally well-organized (unlike the REIA that I belong to, which is a big joke).
