The word “Valkere” is actually an anagram of our family name “Levarek” and fit quite well with the theme.

We went to weddings, birthday parties etc over the years here.  

I think the common theme here and the take away is that remote rehabbing has some risk that are elevated when you cannot be on scene your 1000% in the hands of the person you choose to be your ground partner. 

I had a small company a bit ago with an employee that relocated to Evansville 5 years back.She loves it there and, anecdotally, it seems the city is growing and attractive.Can't say I know much else but the Midwest is on fire lately so it definitely falls in line with that theme.

The spring is dead, only a few guests here and there (mid April till the beginning of June) From June-September or even October depending on weather, we have a lot of guests that come for the mountain biking, vacation or weddings, or bachelor parties.

We arnt married we are postponing our wedding untill we have enough to buy the duplex. been together for 4 years so we are pretty sure. she doesn't live with me due to cultural differences she has to stay living with family untill she is married. so it's only me being subjected to this mess.

Knowing your area's school district and proximity to downtown, attractions, theme parks, military bases, airport, are all important depending on your end goal.

Maybe being close to the cities will have a higher occupancy rate for people staying for events like weddings though.
