It looks like you are saving the foundation, structural framing, electrical, site demo and prep work and those are big ticket items. 

from my 10 years in RE, i can tell you, you can buy $30K Junk, or $30K thats been upgraded in the right places, i generally watch for vinyl windows, roof, furnace ect, big ticket stuff, if you can get most of it, but it need paint and flooring you are golden!

It helps you quickly figure out the person, if they are a serial-evictee,  or how many tickets they have! 

They're not taking any calls and no one has responded to any of my emails or the "tickets" that I've submitted.

Sports is the big ticket of course The Marriott has been expanding and just did again on Delaware..

I agree that timing was too fast for many, but I think they would agree with that as well. and the next one should have been planned already so they could be selling early bird tickets for the 2020 event on the last day of the 2019 event.

Does it make sense to buy a plane ticket to Punta Cana and stay in your small house with pool in the backyard when I can get in all-inclusive resort with airfare, food and booze included, several pools, a private beach and plenty of other attractions?
