Kind of think I want to get my license while I’m at it, seems easy enough although I’m not sure how easy it is to find a sponsoring broker.  

However, there are an infinite number of substances in a home to test so this seems hit or miss. 

Just having things out on the sink without an "anchor" like a dish or basket makes it seem like they are junk when in actually it is very well planned out.

For example, in Poconos, seems like 15-20% is very doable.

If you are overpaying, then you could be hamstringing yourself in the short-term, but should be fine in the long-term as long as you can hang with the insurance costs.Failure is a mindset and it seems you are having a weird bout of FOMO.

Even though we were nor in tourist place, house seems almost more than 50% occupancy rate except winter. ( In winter we had mid term tenants)  However, even though our property is popular, because we pay a lot in mortgage, many times it is negative cash flow and pool seems constantly leaking.

I just want to know your opinion on which is the safest way to reject her, as she seems to the type that would try to make my life difficult even with legitimate reasons to reject her. 

That seems very risky to me.
