@Mickey Bradshaw  there really is quite a lot of detail that goes along with a being a JV partner,  much more than is suggested by gurus.

Also before you decide to buy a property you need to have an Operating Agreement created by an attorney clearly detailing each person roles and responsibilities.

Hi Todd,Can you post details like your loan balance, P&I payment, etc etc? 

I invoked a FL statute forcing the bank to detail why they will not accept my power of attorney; this woke up the regional compliance officer and legal counsel but still they will not work with me. 

Would you happen to know the details of the location and date would you?
