They change the rules (including whether or not you can continue to rent out your unit), they change the amount of the dues, they harass you about the plants you have on your patio....Take it from one who bought a condo expecting to live there forever, and sold it two years later - because of the HOA.Condos are also harder to finance, so they're harder to sell, too.

We usually hang shower curtains, add throw rugs, hangers and gift bags with tissue paper, a plant and door mat at the front door and lots of air fresheners.

You might have to allow them in, but with an agreement not to smoke.Another problem with MJ users, is that they will often want to grow their own, which is part of what's often allowed - so many plants, etc.

A major component of these solar companies operations is selling the energy / EPA credits  - to companies that pollute (oil refineries, coal fired power plants), and when they buy the credits it allows them to pollute that much more.
