The PM failed to get their social, and I would argue they failed by allowing the individual to stay for six months without paying, but I don't know that those constitute an offense so egregious that you should be compensated.

They can sue for specific performance but Seller could argue duress with the failing of the closing and signed this new agreement.

Opendoor is such a tiny gnat of the market volume, it's arguing that 0.002% of market sales "moved" the market average price. 

Now if somebody wants to argue stagnation for a bit I won’t disagree.  

I would argue it's a risky job due to the high property prices that are starting to go down.If you want to build wealth, you need to look at buy-and-hold properties that produce income while you sleep.

In this case I think a lawyer could argue that you are not running it as its own entity since you personally pay the mortgage.  

Find a piece of real estate where you can become an expert and be seen in your market as 'that's the agent who mostly does ABC' and create a strong brand.

I get the value of the rentals, I have read the books and listened to all the BP shows, however, arguing for them, I come up short.
