Do you know where these people get quality work and contractors for that price?

Curious of a few things for those that execute this strategy currently:-The city the property is in has a no more than 4 unrelated people rule, would that be an issue for me if all bedrooms were full or does the fact the basement tenants would be short or medium term save me?

Between the two all issues should be caught before guests and all issues should be handled without more than a text or phone call by you.Find people who are responsive, responsible and capable in all the ways you need and then, and this is the most important part...

The research I've been able to do so far says a new contract is likely preferred so that it gives me a chance to update the contract anyways but just wanted to get people's thoughts.

Lot of people are going to tell you go for it and build your team later but that’s a huge mistake.

Most of the time people pushing these sort of asset protection structures are the ones selling them. 

I didn't realize this community was only for people in the good 'ol boys club.  

I work with a large group and we help people start investing passively as an LP, I've found it's a great way to get started because you can watch and learn with much of the risk removed since the experienced sponsors are doing the heavy lifting.

There are so many stories of people losing everything even with millions in insurance coverage.
