It was easy to sell your home on your own the last few years, now I feel realtors are necessary to get to the mass audience.

And that's what CA is loosing in mass droves, it's balance.

Use analytics and being contrarianSometimes, not following the majority of the opinion of masses, could gain an unexpected result.

The environment is different now… The group that I work alongside on the syndication side are based in Mass. and do small syndications under 100 units in central & western MA.

Not dead by any means....surpassed cold calling mass texting and ringless voicemail.

I do have a problem with the mass of Wendy's & Kroger & Home Depot & Democrats & Renewal By Andersen & NPR & Verizon & solar panels & Republicans & wholesalers. 

I'm not lobbying to this group- I'd just be preaching to the choir....Im lobbying to the masses of people who don't have a clue what we do our how what we do is actually beneficial to them.  

If fear exists than bravery exists, exercise your bravery muscles and you will either learn a ton or make money or both. 

I haven't invested in Mass. so I'm only referencing what I've experienced.
