Our original idea was to go to find a mid market size city c universities/airports/etc. that has growth potential, try to find some A/B type neighborhoods, buy some fixers/flip'em or hold'em (depending on the situation) and then move on to the next area as the market dictates. 

The commodities market dictates the price of the meet, corn or wheat prices may fluctuate and make the beef prices go up or down and the rancher could make more or less depending upon these things, dietary trends and more!

(Of course, Dodd-Frank regulations are going to dictate how many of these you can do and whether or not your buyers qualify to buy on a land contract. 

Hire attorney to start foreclosure if number 1 cannot be done.. sooner the better these things do not get better with age.3. assuming your in first position and not a second... will dictate a few things as well.be prepared to lose money.. unless the LTV at the outset was very very low. 

A lot of times with a 1031 time dictates what you can buy.  

I can only imagine your weekly payables Well we start 2 homes every two weeks until we get to twelve then we let sales dictate our starts as our bank wont go past 12 specs.with our sub base 4 homes or so a month is doable once we get the pump primed..
