In fact, in my own city, the projects that are owned by the local housing authority are cleaner and better maintained than the privately-owned low income housing in the same area, which often looks junked up, failing siding, failing roofs, etc. 

I am being told the process to take care of it is scrubbing all walls and surfaces including appliances with a specific cleaner for this purpose, then to treat the walls with a product like killz and then a couple layers of paint.

I always change locks after buying a property, I don’t want to wonder that the tenant from 5 years ago’s house cleaner’s 18 y/o meth addict son has a key. 

Or, if that’s too difficult, find four more crappy speakers that come with covers, or heck, just the cleaner covers themselves and pop those in?

We pay for 4 different subscriptions to handle pricing, cleaners, messaging etc. but there's still issues 2x a week that we need to handle.

My original hometown, lots of family there so plenty of connections for cleaners, contractors, handymen, etc.

LLC would be cleaner I think, but more work and cost.
