@Alex Verdugo - In AZ, you can file an LLC online directly with the State. 

I used northwestregisteredagent to file LLC and got registered agent for free for 1 year. 

Call the lender, demand to speak to a Vice President or Executive, and say you are filing a CFPB complaint if this is not resolved in a timely manner.
