I cant comment on much west of Painesville, but I do know that Perry is going through some turmoil with the power plant on the verge of closing so that area may become a bit more depressed for a few years if the plant closes and 700 jobs disappear

I am now thinking 2x per cold season is actually the correct amount, based on my assumption that a person in the Denver-Metro area is likely only needing their furnace from Nov - May (unless they are super-wimpy like I now am, with tropical blood). 

Or kill off all the grass and plant a low growing weed like Creeping Charlie or some other low ground cover.

Fort Gordon's expansion and move for cyber command to be here, plant Vogtle, three major hospitals and the growth of our small university are moving many transient folks to this location.

In fact, they're kind of the one planting the new development bug in my ear.

There are tree farms here where they harvest pulp for paper, and they re-plant, but the typical here is re-planted by God.
