Yes, our company builds homes and we strategically assist park owners.

I did not start out being a developer I was hired as a 20 yo agent to list and sell a development for a large developer I will say my maturity level at a young age helped me. and this developer was a big aircraft owner so I was all about that.. he actually bought me my 2nd airplane.. well he put the down payment I got the loan I think he flew it maybe 4 times..

For several strategic reasons, the first community had to be dissolved.

I made it clear that changing the locks is a violation of the lease and I have a right to enter with notice, to which he agreed (but he did point out his sensors placed strategically on the door and said please give notice so that the alarm is not set off.) 

I agree - everyone's situation is different, and this has a strategic impact.

But, you can break in the biz by having a specific focus and being strategic about how you leverage that focus.

LOL.. luckily I sold those when I had massive loss carry forwards in 2010 to off set them.now I know why guys that get into aircraft keep buying bigger and better jets.. recapture would kill them. 

I do not understand why some enterprising individual has not offered there services to landlords to strategically "remove" these tenants.There must be some morally flexable landlords that would be interested in paying less than 100K to get these people out.
