You guys have reminded me and shed light onto certain numbers and situations I didn't think of.

I also see people enter/exit the shed of the foreclosed home.

They have an obligation of customer care and transparency and advocacy on our behalf when the contractor, regardless of who's contractor it is, breached a contract.I'm hoping others can provide strategies, resources, anecdotes, other avenues of recourse that could shed some light on this horrific situation. 

We are working to put sheds in the back in the spring to charge for storage space which matters more than grass for tenants.

Looking to just have someone provide guidance and shed light on the steps that need to be taken!

Can anyone shed some light, or share ideas, on how to get an estimate of the price of the flood insurance so I can verify the math, before I make a move?  

I would not advise building your first one unless your builder willget materials and put in a storage shed that is close to site.Second year in term we could see $30 a sheet sheet rock and $15 2x4 studs. 

The mortgage industry has shed tens of thousands of jobs, including 5k just yesterday, and mass layoffs (either official, or unofficial by making working conditions more onerous so folks quit on their own) for each one of those companies I just named too. 2020/2021 mortgage companies that IPOd/SPACd at $16 or $20 a share are now selling for $4 or $7 (talk about a fire sale!).
