Ive maintained all As in high school, and will be, (hopefully) going to one of some of the top schools in the nation when I hear back on April 1.Preaching to the choir about the guru stuff—18 months ago I went in with my mother on a $2,000 weekend 3 day seminar from the group Real Estate Intensive.

It is more labor intensive but it worked for me.

It's a more labor intensive process and prone to error (some things will break sooner) but you'll get a better idea if that specific property can "self support".  

It is a process that takes intense study and can take a considerable amount of dedicated time. 6 months to a year of study for most beginners.House hack is kindergarten level learning. 

Reason for the long close- the buyers were developers out of Canada, and had to move their CND over to USD, and pay exchange rates on top of that, which was a time intensive process.

I just don't know anyone achieving those kind of numbers here except for in North Tulsa which is a C-D/management intensive area.
