Obama and Senators claim financial instituitions and Wall Street need stricter reforms, well the real estate industry is in desperate need of regulation too.

Why are you so desperate to mislead the public?

I couldn’t imagine the terror of being trapped in a burning car as onlookers desperately try to save you by opening the doors to no avail .

Then you start to get desperate and start to explore working for somebody who is doing it, to learn the ropes, then you find out that they are hard to find and if you do, they find you to be their future competition.

Like any developing country, residents often do desperate things to stay alive such as robbing, killing, kidnapping, scamming, fighting with machetes in the streets etc. which doesn't often involve tourists or expats directly but can be disturbing to witness.

With my main partner we just decide when to pay ourselves, usually when one of us is desperate for cash.

My intuition tells me something is off about her being so desperate to find a place and we asked her to leave our tenant's unit today.

Some sellers are so desperate that this is their only option.  

Vacant houses and no money is a recipe for crime, as is desperation.
