The signal can be much more easily blocked by large buildings and disrupted by severe weather.

Also the developer will typically block sections of the subdivision for each of the builders. 

If you are low ball to house that has full of people during open house with rehabbed house in good neighborhood, listing agent would block you :-)

Be careful of neighborhoods because one block will be nice and the next will be Shady.

FYI, most houses on our block have AC units.
