And you're spot on -- central AC bids have been coming in very high because of the need to rent / operate heavy duty equipment (from what we've found researching so far, we'd need a diamond blade saw to get through the concrete floor).

The ups and downs and the stages of each cycle are heavily followed in the commercial space (every big commercial brokerage has a PowerPoint slide in each of their decks about the stage of strip malls, apartments, office, hotel, etc.)Trying to time a market is crazy - but that is not what most people mean when they say they want to "time a market."

To damage it the tenants would pretty much have to burn it or take a razor blade to it to scrape off the picture of the wood (don't worry though, they will find a way) The rents range in the 800-1000 range and I would classify it as a B/C class building.

they have done this sort of thing in the napa Valley and lake Co CA.. in Napa old road hotels are now high end places. up in Lake co.. one guy brought in old railroad cars and decked those out.
