If you can't you did not overpay for the land in most situations.I listen very closely to the voices of experience especially when they have developed many millions of sq ft of space over many decades.If you had 1.5 acres or more use able instead of .8 maybe then things could be different.Generally you do not want to go up a level on a strip center.

Some of it may be subconscious and some may feel more emboldened to voice open prejudice due to the current political climate but like stated before; if all these things happen to some landlords who deal with section 8 and it rarely happens to others, it would be intelligent to see what those other people are doing differently.
