We do annual inspections in fall, make sure the properties are ready for winter, trim the trees and bushes as needed and fertilize the lawn.

We do have a tax assessor web site where we can pull up individual houses and owners but no way of trimming down with filters.

If you have tons of tree limbs falling on lots of units, that's less "random" and more of an issue around deferred tree-trimming maintenance.
