It currently has strong employment numbers, with processing plants increasing in size yearly. 

Another factor is the changing preference of small families to live in rentals instead of planting themselves in one community.

Also, when you look at satellite images, you can see whether or not they have a treatment plant or lagoon...i know you were interested in well vs. septic. 

Hi,I recently bought a new mobile home park, my CPA tells me that the non-land portion (road, pipes, water plant, good will) should be depreciated over 28 year. 

You still want to market publicly because there are many other people that rent month-to-month: people house shopping, corporate hires on temporary assignment, people between houses, people new to the area and not sure if they want to plant roots, etc.If you just market to traveling nurses, you'll miss out on a large segment of the renting population.

At first, our landlord seemed pretty hands-on: stopping by to see how we were doing, checking the plants to make sure the sprinklers worked, etc.

In the mean time, keep helping everyone by planting trees.

(make those pillars stand out - two tone paint maybe)plant some seasonal plants along side of walk away and by bricks removing the left bush and if you have the money change that front door as well. 

The tenant thinks the plant is "cute", but I'm not so sure.
