Hi Paul,I'd say the house is a Class C (it looks like 1982 inside), and the neighborhood might be a B- (maybe a C+) -it's hard to tell with just google maps views.You have to compare it to what else is around in the city to figure out where it stands.Ask a few local realtors what they think of the neighborhood ABC (???)

Other books you may enjoy would be 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (a must read), The Richest Man in Babylon - Original Edition, Ken McElroy's ABCs books (there's a few), What Every Real Estate Investor Should Know About Cash Flow by Frank Gallinelli, The 4-Hour Work Week by Tim Ferris, Tax Free Wealth by Tom Wheelwright and you can't go wrong with any of the books in the Bigger Pockets Bookstore - some get a little redundant but are very good.

Is this unfortunate - absolutely, but I would not recommend spending money on an attorney to try and fight it, especially since it’s not on the property and most likely it’s a public project which the seller would argue it’s also public information.
