Hey BP family,  I attended a real estate workshop a few weeks ago and was told that I should setup my LLC in Nevada because the benefits of incorporating in Nevada are amazing.  

Nationwide Property Investments has educated many on ths topic in live workshops and seminars around the country.

I am honestly very greatful for your suggestions...I had a friend insisting that i take the money and do one of the wholesaling 3 day workshop because he said one have to spend money to make money and since i don't know where/ how to begin investing rei he thought i should get sone hands on training on exactly how to begin....I wanted a rental first because it seems simple if i buy one that already have tenants with leases .

We are hosting a couple events this month including a workshop on how to monetize your passion and our REIA NYC Relaunch Celebration.  

Between that, being a church musician, cantor and lector, giving business presentations on the job, giving break-out sessions, seminars and workshops at international symposia and talking to others about my other affiliations, I have some 50 years experience with public speaking.

I have been to a number of Real Estate Guru informational meetings and three day weekend workshops in the past year.

I have been to numerous "workshops" that promise to teach you what you need to get started however, I am pretty sure there is a lot more information to learn then the 3-day training's they promise.So my question is, are these workshops any good?

New to real estate investing have been doing a lot of studying on my own reading books, watching webinars, and recently attended a 3 day workshop.

I am sure you have some.Sorry I missed your Louisville workshop.

Average price in this area but they list it as a 6 bedroom with 2 non conforming basement rooms, so actually a 4 bed 3 bath house with a nicer shed/ workshop in the back yard.
