I bounced around the minors in hockey and I wish I still owned all the places that I stayed.  

For those reasons I see it quite remote that any state could come up with legislation to stop a sub 2 transaction or automatically call it.. there is already a vehicle in place to call the loans.. its up to the holder of the note to enforce it if they wish..

I wish I was closer to downtown but not exactly downtown, that's why Lake View is my dream neighborhood haha.

I do hope your mindset shifts and you look back 5 years from now and say damn I wish I started sooner.
