One thing you can do is let them mature over a a winter, wait for the spring comps to be to the books and then re-fi.

I mean Carlos, you and I have talked about seasonality affecting prices in a repeatable way (buy in Winter, sell in Spring/Summer for ~10% gains), do you see any such consideration from the Ai in it's pricing predictions below?

I was wintering in the FL Keys at the time (we found out that you could transfer your kids into schools in the Keys in Dec. and take them out again in Easter quite easily) and I had mentioned to 2 different realtors about my self-storage interest.

In rural areas, zoning is usually either forest, agriculture, or recreation, and often has minimum requirements of 5-10 acres per single family house.

My thinking hot tub would attract guests in winter months, when you can’t swim in the gulf or community pool. 

Lifesaver in winter especially.

Weekly mowing in growing season, monthly mowing in winter + fall cleanup averaged out to be almost $300/mo for us.
