I've helped people with SBA loans to purchase real estate for a business, but for buying rental real estate, the DSCR loan is a much better option.

No syndication experience but there are about a dozen quality RV/Mobile home parks on market in Oregon, several with owner carry options that can be passiv-ish with management in place.

I’m new to all of this and looking at 401k loans and HELOC as options.

The cash flow is a bit sub par on this one and I anticipate some larger expenditures coming my way in a year or two so I'm contemplating this as an option.

Is spending thousands on a sprinkler system worth it or do I have other options?

Would it be a good idea to get a real estate license and work in real estate or are there other options to get in Missouri to get real estate experience without a license? 

I know about some financing options that i could use and need to learn more about my local market just am scared of risk!
