I'm a LO out here in CA, and I don't know how they are getting to 80 LTV, but if they are, then what you're getting is totally solid.I only know of 75 LTV max for C/O refi on investment property.Just my .02

As an agent, I wouldn't get involved in L/O's, particularly if you were sandwiching them, reselling, etc.

Neither the LO or the borrower disclosed the other property on the REO schedule of the 1003 and the mortgage was not reporting on the bureau, so his actual DTI was not reflected.
