I have read that some people offer to book tours, or bicycle trips or boat rides for the guests.

It is a property in west Chandler that I recently toured since my family is shopping for a primary residence, but it seemed like it might be interesting rehab project that I thought could work as a BRRRR.

@Jorge Ruiz I'm originally from Dayton, and the last development tour I went on there was very impressive.

When I toured yesterday , she is packing all her stuff , moving out of state .I was thinking propose 210K and see . 

My agent toured the house and said if she were to list it today she would go in at $180K.

She wants to come tour it with her realtor a couple days after I close. 

By doing this I waste far less time answering the same questions over and over again when they arrive for a tour as well as allow unqualified future prospects eliminate themselves.

My wife and I are planning to tour some of the revitalization projects in Portland just see what all is going on.
