hardly, the market does fluctuate here but it's the most dire supply and demand market I've seen (other than some CA beach towns).

If you are not in Huntsville or Madison proper, you may want to wait out things for a minute, as some of the outlying areas are definitely tilting toward supply exceeding demand now.  

A common issue is supply and demand effected by population changes, construction, economic issues, the job market and location.Personally I haven't seen vacancy issues at this time,  but I have gone through cycles of vacancy issues.

There is a lot of pent up demand due to high rates and there is still a major lack of new supply.

Of course, there's no guarantee on what will happen in the next couple of years, but demand continues to outstrip supply.  

If you want multifamily then looking at new apartment construction in the area, is there an over supply or under supply.
