It would seem to be economic suicide by Powell to raise rates until Covid-19 is behind us and the recovery is well underway.

, he refers to this type of deal as "financial suicide" for first timers and that has me really questioning if this is a good idea or not.

@Aaron MazzrilloOh I agree it would be political suicide to just yank it away, but it could be done in a two-step process.

my experince has been with suicides.. at the lock out.. gun to the head.. very tramatic. also have had a few take pills.. but i was not there when ambulance took them to hospital and they recovered.these were foreclosure hold outs.. so all those that buy npn notes they should be aware how stressed these homeowners are

@Nicholas White by the way, my main office is on Miami Beach and I can tell you that a "flip" on Miami Beach right now is a suicide mission you are absolutely right...I would overpay for a 24 unit in Charlotte (though still a little pricey these days) than buy anything on the beach. 

worst we had was a great tenant committed suicide in the unit..nicest person and just a really sad situation.

The idea of going in again without proof of intention to me would be national suicide.
