My ultimate goal is to become successful with my real estate investments so I don’t have to rely so much on my job and be able to spend more time at home with my soon to be wife and future children.

We really do want our SF buyers to be successful and pay off the note.

Like most - I love the idea of an NNN being an extremely passive investment and I'm only looking at names that I feel have history and proven success.  

But the wealthiest Americans success should be tied tied directly, to the success and opportunities of working Americans currently they are not, that is what Trump (that beautiful orange man) tapped into and what MAGA is all about. 

that may work for others, but i don't have enough capital to do that, and the returns are in the tougher strategies (like STR - i didn't look at your other posts, but if you are successful in STR, that's great.) 

If you're going to run a successful business renovating houses, ultimately you being proficient at/and or managing said proficiency in estimating will be a crucial part of your underwriting.Google "how to estimate house remodeling" your hard work will be rewarded.

I’ve seen discouraging accounts about evicting S8 tenants and want to see if anyone has had success and how to go about it if she refuses to leave.
