Would you guys recommend getting the PRO subscription so I can go ahead and start doing BRRRR Analysis?

This is a really bad practice & unfortunate & unless sophisticated & accredited investors like myself start demanding change it won’t happen.Ultimately before a subscription agreement is signed & funds sent in its up to the investor to do better due diligence & work to increase both their experience & deal flow!

No real contact info (there is an info@ email buried somewhere) and even though the search is fairly polished some of the pages are sketchy looking and the subscription links aren't even actual CC forms or secure.

New mattress and bedframe in master, new couch and loveseat, new flatscreen TV, Wifi, cable subscriptions. 

My first question:I'm sure this gets asked all the time, but I just purchased an Audible subscription and I'm undecided on what to listen to first.

Plus at my brokerage it costs and extra $125 per month not including any subscriptions to loopnet, coinstar, etc.

These are usually closed-end funds with redemption provisions in their subscription agreements.

I have a subscription to white pages that is $9.95 per month, I find it to be great. 

I am finding about 10-15 vacant or abandoned properties daily but having a tough time getting accurate contact information.What websites, systems, subscriptions or tactics can I be using to find accurate contact info for the decision makers of these properties?

@Cameron RileyI understand avoiding subscriptions but QuickBooks online is $20 a month.
