Along with that your stellar credit because you maxed out your cards then drops down so low you can't qualify for a loan unless you pay them off.. these guys are just preying on those who know no better frankly

Tried at larger banks but they're just scared silly and don't understand why an investor wants a line of credit to expand or pick up/rehab properties.Your personal credit would have to be stellar I presume.
