Along with that your stellar credit because you maxed out your cards then drops down so low you can't qualify for a loan unless you pay them off.. these guys are just preying on those who know no better frankly

They are communicative, show up when they say they will (if not they call ahead) and have provided stellar service.

There reviews on yelp and Google are stellar, so I just do not know if it is them or the two buildings.  

I got lucky last year with a tenant who made $65K with stellar credit.

They all turned out stellar and were extra good because I "gave them a chance".

Tried at larger banks but they're just scared silly and don't understand why an investor wants a line of credit to expand or pick up/rehab properties.Your personal credit would have to be stellar I presume.

I have stellar credit, so assuming I can get 70% LTV on that, that means I get a check for $101,500 when I refi.
