Added high tech blower fan with speaker in bath.

The owner of Prime insurance is a real estate attorney, Doug Mercurio, who is going to be a guest speaker at our Lowell MA Meetup on 6/10 at 630pm.

We will have 2 guest speakers one is a local Househacker that went from 0-14 units in less than 2 years.

Some events (not all) will have a speaker pitching a program that's sure you make you a gajillionaire "in one year or less!"

The speaker will be a local attorney to talk about evictions I hope to see yall there. 

Our New Orleans event, aside from having lots of networking and an incredible speaker lineup, will have a couple of "extra" things as I understand it... such as a marching band leading us from the event site to a handful of bars on bourbon street that we intend to fill up. 

The ones I go to start off with vendor showing off what they have and than there is a meeting with a speaker. 

I was at a marketing conference last year and one of the speakers did the marketing for the most successful real estate agent in the U.S.

I thought the answer is Yes until I listened to a podcast recently and a speaker said the answer would be No because SMLLCs flow everything (including the 4 portfolio loans) to me.

However, thanks to @stevenwilk we will have a guest speaker to start us off!
