I have already had the pleasure of speaking with a few of you from Atlantic Canada here on bigger pockets. perhaps we can use this thread or create one to help with current issues problems or solutions to issues and challenges we face thoughts? 

Possibly but the problems I’m having stem from having too many cooks in the kitchen already so to speak, and failures of what is supposed to be seamless transitions among different payment systems, so I’d be worried that adding another layer of complication, more entities and more software could lead to more potential failure points.

Maybe it exists but aside for rookies I know who have zero knowledge as to what they are speaking on, I have never heard anyone assume most flips are winning these days.

Speaking to a commercial realtor in the hospitality space would help you figure out the best way to market and sell a property like this.

I can't speak for any other wholesalers, but I know I just got a wholesale deal off MLS working with the realtor and was able to offer more than the sellers minimum, while also matching my buyers buy box.

If you now have equity in the business, shouldn't you be entitled to see that?

Maybe I'll need to give it some more consideration, haha, especially because we could probably actually go see some properties in person that way and she speaks passable Japanese.
