Hi All]I purchased a building lot in a non critical wet land area. Property is not considered wet per City. I am going to have a perk test run on the lot. If it is wet what can I do to mitigate this issue? Infill etc....

That second name should be on the manufacturer's label which is located under the sink by the hot water heater in the closet of the master bedroom it will tell you all the information about it you do need to have someone look underneath the home to make sure the frame is still in good shape and that the axles are still in good shape and that there is a tongue with that home also getting that home down in the five to $10,000 range would be a good idea considering the work that you need to do to it you have to make sure that it is braced for a ceiling fan if you're going to add one the trim that's in there is it thats that flimsy trim or is it a good court around there's a whole bunch you have to look at buying parts for manufactured homes there are in certain places in building Centers.

We did most of the leg work ourselves all the way through getting building permits, including verifying zoning, designing the structure with an architect, land surveys, soil studies, sewer line replacement, running the water line, getting the demolition permit w asbestos inspection & demolition of the original 1-car garage.

The biggest factor/ unknown will be the support underneath which I will have a structural engineer take a look at.THE GOODI am quite sure I could offer low 30's for the property and he would accept.
