I've considered daisy chaining another wireless router to broadcast two SSID's to separate him from my files, but his activity still traces back to my name.

It is an exciting business, and provides passive income, and a better lifestyle, giving me the flexibility to spend more time coaching my girls soccer teams, and doing fun things as a family.

The home is in an area that is not a vacation destination however there are large sports complexes nearby for kids baseball and soccer activities.

Also, maybe don't broadcast tax evasion on the Internet?

There are also some other options you can employ, like using a software such as Kigo (www.kigo.com), which allows you to broadcast your listing out to (and manage it on) many platforms, including VRBO, Homeaway, etc.The bottom line is that there's a lot of ways to make money via Airbnb and short term rentals... they're definitely not all from tourists.
