LA is a sprawl of smaller cities where people live and work, and most of those cities are fine. there’s a reason the south bay attracts residents and companies, and it’ll be a long long time before those fundamentals shift.  

Small blips in market but not massive shifts like other asset classes.  

If short term rentals are truly where you see your future, making a calculated shift might be the right move, but ensure you're not jeopardizing your financial stability in the process.Hope this helps!
