I have a full time JOB right now, plus i sell websites for my own company, write essays for college students, knit scarves, mow lawns, advertise, sell chilies, and work on cars to add extra cash flow to my pockets. i don't care about making millions, its not my ambition nor my desire. i simply want enough to live the life i am designing for myself. a life where i can travel once a month, learn a new language, taste new foods, master some skills, and be on adventures with the people i love.i have zero experience but i am willing to learn. i want a mentor or a person who can guide me and teach me everything they know. i absorb info very fast an am very positive in my approach to life.

I know that tastes differs, but it's always interesting to know BP members opinions.Baltimore is also on my potential list.

If it tastes just a little bit salty with a hint of spice, it's definitely roach poop.

I do not and have not walked from a deal that left a bad taste in anybodies mouth.

That's just kinda low for my taste.

Hi Cedric,The book changed my life but the free seminar still left a very sour taste in my mouth.After attending various personal development and business seminars world wide by the likes of Harv Eker and Tony Robbins to name a few I have never witnessed a harder and pushier sale that the Rich Dad one.It was very upsetting to see to be honest with you.The content wasn't that special either.

Ok so in terms of the inspection along with the paper work that @Elizabeth C. suggested, when is it tasteful/ ethical to proceed with that. 

Great job now that you got a taste you wont look back and you will find that investor capital will start finding you.  

(much to cold in northern IA for our taste) My initial investment plan was to only participate in flipping houses, but after listening to my first podcast, I am much more open to rentals, so I hope to further my knowledge by reading/listening/networking on BP.
