If it were the off season and I was having trouble renting I may consider it again but overall I don't think it is worth the extra vacancy but if you are doing MTR it is definitely worth making the right connections. 

I have just purchased a property at the Jersey Shore that will be used exclusively for short-term rentals through the summer season. 

I have a strong network here and know the key players/stakeholders in the community and am trying to learn how I can get involved to make an impact to change the community and restore the existing (beautiful) infrastructure. 

We make the design but we let our landscapers choose the actual types of plants based on season and cost. 

REI wise-- I don't know if it's seasonality, rates, or what, but I'm noticing more DOM than ever in most of my markets, inventory trending up, and some savvy real estate agents getting in front of the price action.

It has all been a learning experience and I feel seasoned enough in my knowledge to know a deal when i see it. 

you know who he is right or maybe your to young :) Didn't go mate,In Toledo for a week in early July.I don't know Robert Plant and am disappointed that I don't know of him lol I grew up with my mum being a clean freak throughout my childhood so she would clean all day and listen to ABBA, Boney M, Bee Gee's, The 4 Seasons, Fleetwood Mac, Rolling Stones, Hot Chocolate, etc...Wish I was born earlier mate70s and 80s music is the by far the best IMO lol lead singer for Led Zeppelin  watch  DC honors U tube with Nancy Wilson singing Stairway to Heaven she nailed it. 

Even my seasoned and great landlords are going to have major issues with this.

Cash out refinances have a longer seasoning period for most lenders as well! 

The overall inventory is higher due to the season.
