I thought there was a road map.

Im just explaining my situation, not necessarily looking for the road map, but more for options and to better get to know the community, the lingo, the options so i can at least pretend to know what Im talking about when opportunities arise.

What I read was your roadmap,  but it needs a plan of action. 

Now you would have 30 occupied lots at $225 lot rent which gives you the following rough roadmap:30 lots x $225 lot rent x 12 x .6 (I'm assuming park pays water & sewer) = NOI $48,600. 

What’s the best strategy or road map to finance our second home/investment property?

Also, your blog describing the 5 pillars that protect your investment have provided a clear picture and a roadmap for asset protection down the road. 

It gives a little road map of where to focus on getting stronger.

I ready a book (I give it a B+) that's a pretty good roadmap for wholesaling, "If you can't wholesale after this...

Somebody might refer you to a good mortgage person that 'gets it' and can suggest some programs that could work... and if they don't work now, they could work eventually and you can take the steps you need to take and use that as kind of a road map.

Hey all, its been a while but I have been diving deep into the BiggerPockets podcast again and re-reading the REI books I've bought now that my wife and I are in a better position to begin planning out our investment roadmap!
