I agree , one I started to see the support and advice that is available for us on BP I immediately tried to cancel the course subscription to no avail.

Worst because you really need to have an experienced expert or specialist to walk you through the regulatory environment, as it can vary on a county, city, or even neighborhood basis!

Although the Burnt Store areas are seeing somewhat sustainable demand for owner-occupied properties, we're currently still not seeing enough support for activities that would draw tourism into that area.
