But nonetheless Diane is requested to provide loan documents from a third party to prove that her name is not (fraudulently) on it...Well if you're 3 days from closing and the Bank asks for a letter from your Rabbi saying whether you are Reform or Orthodox, they can do that, or you don't get the money.
