So it really depends on your county recorder and their staff.And keep in mind I'm talking about doing more of a 'preliminary title search' that helps get you started in your pursuit of a particular deal.

I have gained an immense amount of Knowledge my first few months on the job and hope to use that knowledge in my own real estate pursuits.

Is there anyone you know in the Indianapolis area well versed with short-sales, and in your opinion would I be better served referring it to this person in exchange for a referral fee, and move on to the next lead, or should I pursuit it and learn something new?  

Many personal umbrella policies will exclude "business pursuits", so don't assume garnering the policy will ensure you have what you need.

Hey, everybody...I sort of tripped into the world of virtual real estate investment, and my imagination has been sparked like no other pursuit I've ever engaged in, and my thirst to make a great living in this gigantic marketplace of opportunity is driving me to reach out and find whatever resources I can lay my hands on.

Liquidity equals staying power and you don't want to give up every spare bit of it in pursuit of a quicker debt payoff IMO.
